Our client, a vibrant consultancy firm dealing with corporate training and is looking for Social media Marketer or digital marketer who will also foresee the office operations and administration activities.



The ideal candidate will manage and execute social media marketing activities via you tube videos, facebook page, instagram, twitter, whatsup and support office administration  



1. Develop relevant content topics to reach the company’s target customers.

2. Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written).

3. Monitor, listen and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.

4. Design, create and manage promotions and Social ad campaigns including videos, photos, etc.

5. Monitor online reviews and respond to each review in all social media platforms

6. Be involved in content marketing, SEO and social advertising campaigns to enhance the firm reputation.

6. Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels and design.

7. Organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety


Qualifications experience and skills required

1. A holder of a diploma in IT, Public Relations, Mass communication or Marketing is preferred.

2. Social Customer Service techniques such as empathy, patience, advocacy and conflict resolution.

3. Excellent Communication, planning and organizing skills coupled with practical superior skills in time management.

4. One must with a reputation of High integrity, resourceful, proactive and eager to learn with a passion in social media marketing.

5. Displays ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and video format Possesses great ability to identify potential negative or crisis situation and apply conflict resolution principles to mitigate issues

6. A team player with the confidence to take the lead and guide other when necessary including in content development, creation and editing of content and online reputation management.

7. Candidates with two years practical work experience in digital or social media marketing in sourcing and managing content development and publishing are definite advantage  

8. Demonstration of creativity and display of an in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest etc.) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios
