Sales and Marketing Executives (Capital Goods)

Our client a medium size organization dealing with capital goods is seeking to employ mature, aggressive, self driven and confident Sales Executives (Capital Goods) with valid driving license.  


 Job Summary:

To achieve optimal sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling the company’s products and related services from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.



1. Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with existing customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business of capital or hardware goods to end users.

2. To submit orders deliver goods to customer on need basis and collect all the overdue accounts.

3. Develop a business relationship with clients and prospective through calling, personal visits and conduct presentations.

4. To develop clear and effective written proposals or quotations leading to business closure and maintenance.

5. To conclusively resolve customer difficulties and complaints.

6. To coordinate sales activities with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups.

7. Analyze the territory/market’s potential and determine the value of existing and prospective customers to the organization.

8. To effectively champion supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services

9. To participate in trade shows, conventions and contribute to the overall team effort.



1. Holders of a degree in Marketing or Technical degree;

2. Must have a minimum of one to two years’ experience in the sales;

3. Preference will be given to those with hands experience in selling capital or hardware goods to end users

4. Ability to demonstrate aptitude for problem solving and determine solutions for customers through consultative sales approach.

5. Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment.

6. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

7. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications and contact management software.



A starting salary of Kshs 40,000.00 forty thousand shillings only will be offered with attractive commissions.
