Our client, an ICT Consultancy and Training services would wish to employ a committed, focused and energetic Sales Team Leader,  who is excellent in developing a sales team by motivating and inspiring others.

 

Job Summary

To supervise the firm business to business or corporate sales activities and offer leadership to a team of sales agents to deliver the firm annual sales target.

 

 Sales Team Leader Job Responsibilities

1. Recruiting, training, motivating, inspiring and developing sales officers and engage them in a progressive corporate sales career.

2. Champion the team activities of sales proposals, presentations, and execution of contracts with corporate clients with concrete growth strategies of business development.

3. Identifies potential new markets and open up the markets with assistance of the Sales Force (team).

4. Maintain strong customer relationship management activities with existing and potential organizations.

5. Develop new business relationships through networking, prospecting and referrals while implementing and maintaining an effective sales program.

6. Generate regular or as may be directed accurate sales reports to the management.

7. Understand the key business drivers, influences and competitors activity through systematic research and analyses of the market trends.

 

Qualifications and desired Skills
1. Candidates with a degree from a recognized university in sales and marketing, communication, administration are encouraged to apply

2. Proven 2 years’ business development experience, one in a leadership of corporate sales is essential.

3. Additional business relationship management experience writing, coordinating and producing competitive sales proposals will be an added advantage

4. Track record of achievements in previous engagements is desired and a clean background.

5. High level of Integrity, confident and a very well spoken person

6. Excellent interpersonal & communication skills with strong business acumen

7. Good leadership skills, previous supervisory skills will be an added advantage

8. Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

 

Compensation

A salary of upto Kshs 60,000.00 coupled with attractive commissions will be offered to the best candidate based on his/her , qualifications, capability and experience.
