Our client a firm engaged in technical security system and equipment is seeking to recruit sales executive with a clear understanding of the sales process and how to develop sales who will initially be hired as sales apprentices before being fully employed.  


Job description

1. Prospecting for business by finding new sales opportunities and closing sales.

2. Work with other team members to achieve individual & team targets.

3. Support marketing activities e.g exhibitions, activations etc.

4. Constantly update themselves with current effective sales trends and apply them in their day to day activities.

5. Demonstrate ability to develop a clear work plan and calendar of events.

6. Increase company revenue by growing sales

7. Build strong, lasting business relationships with customers

8. Research on products to constantly grow their product knowledge.


Qualifications and Attributes

1. A minimum of a diploma in sales and marketing or equivalent with at least two years' experience in sales

2. Capability to work independently, self-reliant and with minimum supervision.

3. The ability to effectively build lasting and beneficial business relationships

4. Demonstrate ability to work independently & in a team environment

5. Excellent Interpersonal skills with strong work ethics

6. Undisputable integrity and personal background

7. Strong team player who is not be faint hearted

8. Excellent communication and convincing skills

9. Demonstrate ability to overcome objections



Successful candidates will be considered for full time employment within the organization on exuding great potentials and professionalism. A stipend will be given to successful candidates.
