Admin and Sales Assistants - intern

Our client a premier consultancy firm is seeking to employ three paid attachés to be engaged as  trainees in all office units and sales functions with anticipation of being fully employed after the training.

 

Responsibilities

1. Identification of new clients and business opportunities with a view to establishing and cultivating of a professional network within the industry

2. Offering customer service by directing and sorting our clients issues on phone and at the front office

3. Involved in scheduling trainings and appointments

4. Ordering and taking stock of office supplies

5. Being a point of contact for a range of staff and external stakeholders

6. Finding ways to improve administrative processes

 

Qualifications

1. Presentable, numerically able and keen to details and offering excellent customer services, of high integrity with a relevant first diploma or degree in, business related courses.

2. Excellent planning, organization and interpersonal skills.

3. Exceptional working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.

4. Excellent Communication and presentation skills, both oral and written.

5. Ability to deliver in a high pressure environment.

6. A pleasurable person bubbling with new ideas on different ways of approaching challenges.

Remuneration

A stipend will be given during the training and a negotiated salary will be paid on one attaining employment status.
