Our client a corporate offering Enterprise (ICT) solutions in Fiber Connectivity, Biometric System, Security System,  Structural Cabling, Conference Facility, Buildings Management Systems (BMS), is seeking to employ s seasoned sales person as a Head Of Sales to lead a sales force in growing and developing its business.



The best candidate will be in-charge of developing weekly/monthly/annual and seasonal sales targets for the firm, examining growth opportunities, enabling sales improvements, product mix development, and taking responsibility for the department's performance against targets.



1. Responsible for recruiting and training new sales representatives while motivating and advising them to improve their performance and ensure sales target achievement.

2. Achieve sales objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing data on past performance, and projecting future performance.

3. Maintain awareness of the competitive market landscape, expansion opportunities, and growth potential.

4. Develop a retention strategy for all existing clients of the businesses and ensure that at least 80% of existing sales are successfully annually retained

5. Establish performance goals for each sales staff and monitor their performance on a continuous basis

6. Coordinate sales operations and work closely with all other units of the company to ensure that respective portfolios are adequately serviced, and growth targets are met.

7. Lead in maintaining a healthy revenue/cash flow in the company by enforcing active collections by the sales teams as per the set down procedures and sales processes

8. Maintain relationships with key clients by making periodic visits and phone calls; exploring specific needs and anticipating new opportunities



a. A bachelor degree or equivalent in business related courses like sales and marketing, sciences like computing, mathematics and statistics, ICT courses. Knowledge in enterprise solutions through ICT is a critical aspect of this role holder.

b. A minimum five years’ experience in sales management two (2) of which should be at a leadership level.

c. Mature person with demonstrated leadership, people-management qualities preferably in a sales performance environment (business development) in technology, insurance and first moving goods.

d. Ability to make and influence decision making process with a hawk eye ability to sight opportunities.  

e. A self-starter, relationship manager with strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills

f. Innovative, team-oriented, forward-thinking, creative, and naturally curious

g. Strategic, analytical thinking and risk evaluation skills

h. Highest level of personal and professional integrity



A guiding monthly salary of Kshs 100,000.00 with other fridge benefits will be offered to the best candidate.
