Our client a medium size organization dealing with capital goods (tools, machinery and equipment) is seeking to employ effective, mature, aggressive and self-driven who must excellent communicator with relevant superior people skills as TELESALES MARKETING EXECUTIVES.

 

Job Summary:

The Telesales Marketing Executives will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

The goal of this role is to support the company to grow business by developing existing business relationships and bringing in customers.

 

 Responsibilities

1.Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.

2. Answer questions about products or the company.

3. Ability to understand specific customer requirements and to turn grievances into sales.

4. Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.

5. Handle to preserve the company’s reputation

6. Help to meet sales targets and facilitate future sales

7. Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

8. Answer questions about the products and the company and also understand customer requirements and close sales. Enter and update customer information in the database.

9. Take and process orders in an accurate manner.

10. Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.

 

Requirements

a. Proven relevant TELESALES WORK EXPERIENCE preferably in selling tangible goods including capital goods is a MUST and a proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone

b. Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints

c. Ability to learn about capital goods (products) and be able to describe/explain them to prospective clients.

d. Ability to learn relevant computer programs (especially CRM software) and telephone systems.

e. Ability to take and process orders, keep records of calls, sales while separating and noting useful information that would lead to sales closure.

f. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a great command of English and Kiswahili languages or any other foreign language is an added advantage.

g. A holder of either a degree or a higher diploma in any field of study including communication and business fields. 

h. Must be mature, responsible, aggressive and a clear focus in his or her personal growth and development. 

i. Cool-tempered, able to handle rejection and ready to work under little or no supervision with a good attitude towards work.

j. A team player with outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints

 

Remuneration

A starting minimum salary of  Kshs 35,000.00 and attractive commissions will be offered to the best candidates.
