We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help our client (a dealer in construction tools, equipment’s and chemicals – Hardware Items) to meet customer acquisition, retention and revenue growth targets by keeping the company competitive and innovative through an aggressive sales team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maximizing a sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the upper management with a focus of meeting and exceeding the sales objectives.
A salary of Kshs 100,000.00 plus commissions
